2.1 Transactions. Our Services use third-party services for cryptocurrency transaction processing (e.g., payment processors).

 

We will not store or collect your cryptocurrency wallet details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to security standards for cryptocurrency transactions to ensure the secure handling of your payment information.

3.2 For Relationship Management and Marketing. Crowdstake may use your Personal Information to send you newsletters and Crowdstake-related marketing communications as permitted by law and to update you on developments within Crowdstake or our affiliated entities. We also use your Personal Information for the development, execution, and analysis of market research and marketing strategies. We may also analyze your use of our Services to improve the Services and develop new features, including studying user demographics and the Service’s use. 

 

3.3 To Display Advertisements. We may work with advertising partners to display advertisements on the Services. These advertisements are delivered by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of the Services or your activity elsewhere online.

  • Deactivate your Crowdstake Account. We may retain some information associated with your Crowdstake Account (including past transactions) for internal purposes, including backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, investigations, our legitimate business interests, and legal compliance for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
  • As a registered user, you can modify your marketing preferences in the Notifications section of your Crowdstake Account.
  • Unsubscribe from promotional messages, including emails with service-related opportunities, in any email we send.
